By placing any booking you agree to these terms. 

This is the nitty gritty shit we don’t want to chat about. 

Our aim is always to make your transition to your holiday as smooth as possible. 

Sunset Bali Family Hire Terms and Conditions

Availability

Availability of rental equipment is updated in real-time on our website. If an item is showing as in stock, you may book it and your reservation will be secured with full payment upon checkout. 

We can also arrange payment via invoice. Please email hello@sunsetbalifamilyhire.com 

Delivery, Pickup and Installation

We will deliver all items to your hotel or villa and pick up at the end of the hire period for a flat fee, depending on location (prices in AUD, inclusive of pickup and delivery):

General installation and delivery(pick up & return) cost: $20 

Pool Fence, installation and delivery (pick up & return) cost: $40

Should your requirements for pool fencing exceed 20mtrs extra costs are involved. We will email you to organise costings. 

Prices for delivery, installation and pickup of pool fences and beds are shown on the relevant product pages.

Prices include the delivery, installation and pick up of items. Price is the same regardless of area. 

You will be emailed to confirm the name, address and contact details of the place(s) you will be staying in Bali. 

Payment

Payment for hire items, any applicable deposits, delivery and installation is to be made via the website. Payment options are displayed on the checkout screen.

Payment must be made in full, for the entire rental period, before your reservation is confirmed.

Cancellations and Change of Mind

If you cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the hire period commences, a full 100% refund will be provided. Cancellations less than 7 days of delivery incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of the drop off date or after delivery, no refund will be provided.

You may make changes to your order (including adding or removing items) up to 7 days before the hire period commences. With order changes less than 7 days before delivery, Sunset Bali Family Hire reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancelled items.

Deposits

Applicable deposits are shown on the product pages where they apply. The total deposit will be calculated at checkout, but will not exceed $250. Refund of deposits will be made within 3 business days of Sunset Bali Family Hire receiving the returned item. If there is any damage to an item with a deposit, or additional cleaning is required, costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Damage, Cleaning and Loss

The customer whose details are used to make the booking is responsible for any damage to hire items. Costs for damage may exceed the deposit made at the time of checkout.

If an item is returned in an excessively dirty or unsanitary condition, an excess cleaning fee will be applied or taken out of the deposit (amount at the discretion of Sunset Bali Family Hire).

If an item is lost (including stolen) during the rental period, the customer whose details are used to make the booking is responsible for a 100% replacement cost.
